September 9, 2026 | Jersey City, NJ — Koop, the platform securing and insuring mission-critical operations, today announced the appointment of Glenn Philen as Chief Technology Officer. Philen will lead technology strategy and engineering, advancing Koop’s AI-powered platform that brings security compliance and active insurance together for artificial intelligence, robotics, defense, and other frontier industries.
Philen was previously responsible for engineering at Invisible AI, whose on-premises work tracking and analysis platform has been deployed at global manufacturers including Ford, Nissan, and Toyota. The platform has analyzed millions of vehicles and hundreds of millions of work cycles in real time, helping manufacturers identify root causes, improve worker safety, increase efficiency, and strengthen production performance.
“Glenn brings experience building AI systems for demanding industrial environments where safety, reliability, and performance matter,” said Sergey Litvinenko, Co-Founder and CEO of Koop. “That experience will help us deliver better automation for customers navigating complex safety, compliance, and insurance requirements.”
“At Invisible AI, I saw how better visibility and analysis could improve operations on the factory floor,” said Philen. “I’m excited to bring that experience to Koop and help companies manage the requirements and risks that come with deploying new technology.”
